Terms of Service for Simple Academy Users

(A Readitfor.me Platform)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Simple Academy platform, a Readitfor.me service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of Simple Academy as part of your agreement with your consultant. Simple Academy will not interfere with the relationship between you and your consultant. Any disputes or obligations between you and your consultant are governed by your separate agreement and are outside the scope of these terms.

2. License and Restrictions on Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Simple Academy for personal or professional development, in accordance with the terms outlined here. Consultants cannot grant additional rights, licenses, or permissions beyond what is explicitly provided in these Terms of Service.

Your use of Simple Academy is strictly limited to the term and scope agreed upon in your relationship with your consultant. Any attempt to use the platform beyond these terms, or in a way not explicitly authorized by Simple Academy, is prohibited.

3. Platform Access and Account Usage

Your access to Simple Academy is provided based on the agreement between you and your consultant. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your account information or using the platform for purposes beyond what is allowed in these terms is strictly prohibited.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Payments Between You and Your Consultant

All payments for services provided by your consultant, including any consulting fees or service charges, are handled directly between you and your consultant. Simple Academy does not control, manage, or involve itself in payment disputes between you and your consultant.

Any issues related to payments, refunds, or services provided should be addressed directly with your consultant, and Simple Academy is not responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes.

5. Platform Support

Simple Academy provides technical support solely related to platform functionality and access. We do not provide support for any consulting, training, or instructional services that may be part of your agreement with your consultant. Simple Academy does not support or provide assistance for custom coding, third-party integrations, or any activities outside the scope of normal platform use.

You may contact our technical support team during business hours for issues related to access, performance, or technical troubleshooting.

6. Continuation of Services if Consultant Cancels

If your consultant cancels their subscription to Simple Academy, you will have the option to continue your access to the platform. In such cases, Simple Academy will offer to introduce you to another consultant. You may accept this new consultant, refuse reassignment, or request a specific consultant from the pool of available consultants.

If you choose to refuse reassignment, your access to Simple Academy will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle or term. If no other arrangements are made, access will be terminated at that point.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use Simple Academy beyond the scope of these Terms of Service or any rights granted directly by Simple Academy.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform.

Share, distribute, or sell any content, training materials, or tools provided on the platform without explicit written permission from Simple Academy.

Use any materials or tools from Simple Academy for client-facing or external services, training, or consultancy work, unless explicitly authorized.

Attempt to bypass or disable any access controls, security mechanisms, or licensing restrictions.

Use Simple Academy’s content, materials, or tools to develop competing services, courses, or platforms.

Engage in any unauthorized collection of data or information from the platform, including scraping or data harvesting.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the platform’s content, tools, or protocols without explicit permission.

Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, protocols, and tools available on Simple Academy are the intellectual property of Readitfor.me LLC. Your use of these materials is limited to personal or professional development as allowed under these Terms of Service. Any use beyond what is permitted, including reproduction, distribution, repurposing, or external use, is prohibited without explicit written permission from Simple Academy.

Violations of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action to enforce these rights.

9. Liability Limitations

Simple Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim to provide continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors. We are not liable for any advice, actions, or services provided by your consultant through their use of Simple Academy.

In no event will Simple Academy or Readitfor.me LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in Texas, and each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator finds that a violation of these terms has occurred. In such cases, the prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and costs.

Disputes that qualify for small claims court may be resolved in a Texas small claims court without the need for arbitration.

By using Simple Academy, you agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of Simple Academy is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal information. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
